In my world, I see everyone’s light. I see what they offer others. I see what they add to a conversation or a party. I see their magnificence.
Observing people, I can truly see how amazing they are and how much they have to offer.
On the other hand, seeing that for myself can be a bit tricky—especially when a big wave of fear comes in and knocks me off my foundation of light.
So let’s chat about that.
What happens when fear knocks you off your foundation… off your light… off your soul?
What does that really mean?
You know those days when you wake up and say, “It’s going to be a great day!”—and it is. You go about your daily tasks, and you feel good.
That is you fully in your light.
That is you when you feel good and share that goodness with everyone else.
It makes a big difference. This is you holding your light. This is you sharing your goodness—and it’s contagious. Most people love being around that kind of energy.
But when fear comes in, life can start to feel heavy. Your energy gets drained, and it can begin to push others away.
This doesn’t make you wrong. It makes you human. We all have those kinds of days.
The real question is: when you are having those days, how are you managing your feelings and emotions?
Are you lashing out at people? Throwing out feelings of jealousy or anger? That’s when we begin to pull the world down around us.
It’s important to have those days. Allowing yourself to feel is very important. Not stuffing your emotions makes a difference in everything.
You just don’t have to be mean or rude to others while you’re feeling them.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is be quiet… and allow yourself to feel.
That’s the key.
So what happens when you truly allow yourself to feel?
First, you stop attaching to the fear and reliving it over and over again.
Second, by letting it move through you, you allow more of your light back into your body and your energy field.
You create the ability to hold more joy, more peace, and more love—quietly, but powerfully.
And that way of being radiates outward to everyone you meet.
This is how you change the world—right where you are.
This is how you create more peace in your own space, no matter what the world around you is doing.
I hope this helps you find the courage to feel your fears.
