Our first session gives us the time and space to truly meet while experiencing the work together.

I create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and begin uncovering what already lives within you.

Together, we’ll explore what has brought you here, notice the patterns or challenges that feel most present, and allow your next steps to unfold naturally. Every session is unique because every person carries their own wisdom, experiences, and gifts.

Rather than following a fixed process, I listen deeply to you, your words, and what naturally begins to emerge. From there, we work together to create greater clarity, connection, and a stronger foundation for moving forward.

This first session is a complete experience while also creating a foundation we can continue building together, if it feels right for you.

Booking & Session Info

• After purchasing your session, you’ll receive an automated email with instructions for scheduling your appointment.
• Sessions must be scheduled and used within 3 months of purchase.
• All session purchases are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be rescheduled one time as a 60-minute session.
• If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that life happens and will do my best to work with you when genuine circumstances occur.
