Hello Human Angel,
Returning to inner stability isn’t about building something new.
It’s about returning to something already within you.
In Part 1, we explored what inner stability really is.
In Part 2, we talked about why safety comes first.
Before the nervous system can feel peace or calm, it needs to neutralize. When the system is activated, there isn’t space yet for what you want to feel.
To begin, place one hand on your heart and bring your attention to your breath. You’re not trying to change anything—just allowing your system to settle.
Even a small shift matters.
Steps to incorporate your inner stability:
- Put one hand on your heart.
- Now bring in the word, song, memory, image, or sensation you identified earlier. You’re not thinking about it. You’re letting your body be with it.
- As you breathe, allow the feeling to settle in the body.
No effort. No forcing. - This is what brings your system back to calm and peace.
This is your inner stability. - The more you practice returning here, the easier it becomes.
Over time, your nervous system begins to recognize this frequency as familiar. - Eventually, it starts to feel natural to live from here.
When you notice it, stay with that feeling for a few minutes.
There’s nothing to analyze or fix. Just let your body register it.
This is your inner stability frequency.
You’re not trying to stay here all the time.
You’re learning how to return.
As you continue this work, things may come up. That’s part of the process. Having a felt sense of your core frequency gives you something steady to come back to.
Inner stability isn’t about controlling life.
It’s about knowing where home is inside you.
Lots of Love,
Sharon
