Hello Human Angel,
“This week, let’s talk about finding self-worth, especially during those times when it can be difficult to see our own value.”
What a week it has been for me—learning the deep depths of this vibration in the body. I found myself going all the way down to the core questions:
Am I worth it?
Am I important?
These are not small questions. They carry a powerful vibration in our space.
When we feel worthless, we literally pull our vibration down. We shrink. We dim. And then something interesting happens—people begin to treat us differently. The outer world reflects the inner belief. It mirrors back the value (or lack of value) we are holding about ourselves.
But when we embody self-worth, everything shifts.
We hold ourselves with value. We move differently. People see us. Our presence enhances the world effortlessly. A smile. A simple hello. Feeling the sun on your face. You don’t have to do anything extraordinary. Just being in your worth naturally uplifts the space around you.
So what can we do when we just can’t see how good we are?
Here are three simple tips to help you reconnect with your self-worth:
1. Start with Gratitude
Stop and give gratitude for anything you find good in the world—even if it feels small.
A warm blanket.
A kind message.
The way the light hits the trees.
Then add to it.
Gratitude has the power to transform and transmute heavy feelings with ease. It gently lifts your vibration and reminds your nervous system that goodness exists—and that you are part of it.
2. Breathe Deeply
Breath brings new life force energy into the body. Five deep, intentional breaths can create more space within you. Space to soften. Space to reset. Space to choose a new thought.
When we feel worthless, our bodies contract. Breath expands us again.
Try this:
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Hold gently.
Exhale fully.
Repeat five times.
Notice what shifts.
3. Express What You’re Feeling
Write out what you are feeling and ask your Divine for help in seeing your value.
If writing isn’t your thing, talk to someone you trust. Or speak into a microphone. Record yourself. Pray. Whisper it out loud.
Just give yourself a minute to express you. Unspoken emotions stay stuck. Expressed emotions move. And when they move, clarity can enter.
The next time you feel low about yourself, try these three practices. They are simple, but powerful.
Your true value has never left you.
It may just be waiting for your attention.
And remember—you enhance the world simply by being here.
With Love,
Sharon
