Client Policies

Thank you for choosing to work with me. My intention is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for every client. Please take a few moments to review the following policies before booking your session.

Scheduling

After purchasing your session, you’ll receive an email with instructions for scheduling your appointment.

Please join the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes before your scheduled session so we can begin on time.

Sessions must be scheduled and used within three (3) months of the original purchase date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All session purchases are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, you may reschedule one time for a 60-minute session.

If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that life happens, and I’ll do my best to work with you when genuine circumstances occur.

Session Recordings

All Zoom sessions are recorded, and a private copy will be provided to you after your session.

For your privacy, recordings remain available to download for four (4) days after they are sent. After that time, they are permanently deleted from my files.

If you wish to keep your recording, please download it within the four-day period. Once downloaded, it is yours to keep for your personal use.

Your recording is private and will never be shared with anyone else without your written permission.

Scope of Services

My work is intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual exploration.

These sessions are not medical care, psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or a substitute for licensed healthcare services. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek guidance from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Personal Responsibility

Every person’s experience is unique.

While many clients experience greater clarity, peace, emotional insight, or a deeper connection with themselves, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions during and after our work together.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to me.

Information shared during our sessions is treated with respect and kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Agreement

By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Client Policies and understand the nature and scope of the services being provided.
