Hello Human Angel,
Finding inner stability begins with recognizing that real stability doesn’t come from the outside world — it lives inside of you.
Last week, we talked about something essential:
that you are more in control than you may realize, and that real stability doesn’t come from the outside world — it lives inside of you.
This week, I want to expand on that idea.
Because if inner stability truly lives within you, then the next question becomes: why does it feel so hard to access — and why does it matter so much that you do?
For most of my life, fear was my default state.
I spent many years feeling unsafe, anxious, and on edge — even when nothing was “wrong.” Over the last 20 years, through some major life experiences, I’ve been learning what it actually means to find safety and peace from the inside out.
One thing I don’t hear talked about very often is this:
when you begin to neutralize old fear, anxiety, and emotional patterns, you create space — in your energetic body, your mind, and your emotional body.
But then comes the important part.
What do you move into that space?
Old habits and reactions can still pop up if that space is left empty. That’s why inner stability isn’t just about clearing fear — it’s about choosing what replaces it. A new inner frequency. A new foundation that actually supports you.
So I want to invite you to reflect on this gently:
If anxiety no longer gets to live here…
what do you want to feel instead?
Is it peace?
Safety?
A deep sense of calm?
Empowerment?
Grounded confidence?
There’s no right answer — only your answer.
You might try closing your eyes for a moment.
Placing a hand on your heart can help you move out of your head and into your body. From there, notice what feels supportive, steady, and true for you.
You don’t need to know how to get there yet.
Just begin to notice what you want to build inside.
If it helps, write it down.
The feeling.
The word.
The image.
A memory, color, song, or sensation.
This is the beginning of discovering your inner stability — not as an idea, but as something you can feel and return to.
Next week, we’ll talk about how to find that inner stability in a way that works specifically for you — and how to begin embody or own it in your body and daily life.
For now, simply notice what you’re ready to move toward.
Lots of Love,
Sharon
